2014–2020

Venamour launched in 2014 as a wedding paper offering for the design-minded couple. The first digitally native brand to offer curated collections online, Venamour was premised on integrating a traditional atelier experience with the ease of digital. Partners Studio Rodrigo and Shift Lab engineered a robust e-commerce website that married aesthetics and usability by combining an exploratory, visual experience with a unique choose-your-own-adventure checkout flow that made complex product customization feel intuitive and engaging.

The Venamour studio was featured in New York Magazine, Kinfolk Magazine, The Cut, Vogue, GOOP, and others before closing shop in 2020. The Venamour website was a front-runner for multiple web awards, reaching users in every part of the globe. Venamour creations are licensed to Paperless Post, Artifact Uprising, and Apple, as featured in Apple Pencil marketing and in WWDC graphics.
